Kindly read all instructions carefully before you click on the PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.
- The applicant's name and date of birth, should be filled correctly in the form as per the supporting document. No corrections will be allowed later on.
- It is mandatory to fill in all the fields marked (*) in red. In case a field does not apply to you, please mention NA (Not Applicable)
- An incomplete registration form will be automatically rejected.
- After completing the form, click on the review and final submit button you will receive an acknowledgement receipt.
- You are required to take a print of the duly filled form and retain a copy for future correspondence.
Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to performance during the observation/interaction and availability of seats.
In all matters related to admission, the decision of the school management will be final.
